Still grieving the sudden lost of Simba, I think I've changed my mind about what death "should" look like and told the hubs, "When I'm dying, it's ok if you need to drag out my dying process. I'm actually ok with that".
I still can't believe it, we lost our beloved #Simba last night. He cried out in pain, couldn't walk, & could barely breathe. I rushed him to ER. He was dx'd with heart failure & feline aortic thromboembolism. They rec euthanasia. He was only 10. We put him down at 1am & I haven't stopped crying.
