Okay, it's normally good to be able to take a joke at your expense in stride, but actual, REAL-LIFE abuse and torture is being promoted with his image. A line needs to be drawn somewhere, otherwise you're pretty much communicating you're to some degree okay with this abhorrent and inhumane display.

Unpopular opinion perhaps but “read the Bible in a month / 90 days / a year” programs are not always helpful - in fact they can be detrimental to growth in faith , because often the focus is simply on “reading” with little assistance given to understanding / interpreting / applying the text. /1

I'm very disappointed to hear of Paramount's decision to pull The Legend of Aang from theaters and make it a Paramount+ exclusive. I can imagine how dismaying it must've been for the crew of the film and I am disgusted at the execs at Paramount for doing this. Shame on them.
