90%of my 8km commute to work is on off road cycle infrastructure from Knocklyon to Rathgar thanks to recent investment in infrastructure. 25 minutes relatively stress free. 👍
Talking about the benefits of active transport is as well and good, but what really makes the difference is the infrastructure.

Got an email from Amazon to be part of their invite only "Brands of Ireland" campaign which apparently aims to help businesses for Black Friday, Christmas etc. Sounds nice but Amazon is a killer of small businesses and they can fuck Black Friday. Buy independent and buy local when you can.

I've posted about this several times. Many large & obscenely profitable companies are firing the workers who put them in this position for AI. We can resist. All of these businesses rely on consumption. We can make less worse choices. They're coming for peoples jobs and we're enabling them.
