If you accept that non-citizens have no right to due process, you are accepting that citizens have no right to due process. All the government has to do is claim that you are not a citizen; without due process you have no chance to prove the contrary.

1400+ miles from Somerville, Massachusetts, where she was taken.

A judge ordered to not take her out of state without 48 hour notice. She was detained last night.

my dad (and his siblings) used to miss school to pick oranges in florida, because that was the only way they could earn money to eat. his mom and her mom did the same. i imagine florida would see no problem with that in this day and age.

(dad eventually joined the air force to break the cycle.)
