as someone who is still closeted about certain parts of myself in certain parts of my life heated rivalry is hitting. and like i don't know who to talk to about it bc most ppl see me as a lady married to a dude. but fuck watching fictional characters be emotionally repressed in the closet hits hard

what's it like to have friends at work? and not just people you are able to make small talk with most of whom you assume talk about you behind your back? (i don't know that they do but i hear how they talk about other people so it's not hard to assume)

if you are in a professional or personal situation where you cannot fully divest yourself from something being rightly boycotted, you've got an easy out: shut the fuck up. no one asked. you're free. i'm not your priest.
Whenever talks about boycotts come up, especially surrounding entertainment, there are always the people who will show up to say they agree before giving this big exposition dump about why they specifically need to keep doing the thing or whatever and not to judge them for it.
