Back when I was a good little anti-gay Republican footsoldier, I never imagined that one day the talking point we all repeated about "if we legalize gay relationships, it'll lead to widespread acceptance of pedophilia" was going to be fulfilled exactly and only by the Republicans themselves.

One of the few things J.D. Vance has said that I agree with. Of course, that was several years ago. I think his opinion has changed now.
We didn't know it at the time, but this was his answer to a question on the job application for VP of the United States.
Well, he's certainly stayed consistent on that point!

I DARE you to find "Epstein" on Fox News's website today. Amid the furor and the petition and the Republican defections, it's actually there, but buried very hard, and as small as they could possibly make it. They can't admit their guy is backed up against the wall today.

The wealth of the super rich is usually massive real estate holdings, and most of them get a very small cash paycheck. Not only is it a way of hiding from taxes, it also lets them justify giving a pittance to charity, claiming a tiny fraction of their wealth is a large portion of their “income.”

Reading between the lines here: for many people, becoming unhoused is only a few paychecks away. And what happens in a furlough? Homelessness is NOT just drug users and mental illness - now more than ever. If you are still getting a paycheck, please do whatever you can to help those around you.

Reading between the lines here: for many people, becoming unhoused is only a few paychecks away. And what happens in a furlough? Homelessness is NOT just drug users and mental illness - now more than ever. If you are still getting a paycheck, please do whatever you can to help those around you.
If Trump is promoted any further for 2028, I say we nominate former President Barack Obama again.

If Biden had suggested demolishing the East Wing of the White House, Republicans would have lost their minds. If he had done it without proper congressional oversight, he would have been impeached and convicted and removed from office within a week, by BOTH parties, on unanimous votes.
