I opened my twenty-year old copy of Vegan With a Vengeance today, my first time using it in years. Read an essay about feminist skill shares. What a great book. I still love those tempeh bean patties but I can make them by heart now.

Third day of catsitting the cat that I have been taking care of for years. He woke up from his nap paranoid and has been sitting and staring at me without blinking for ten minutes. He's two rooms over, staring through the doorways.
