In case anyone makes you feel like you’re overreacting, I’m here to tell you that we’re underreacting. We’re severely underreacting.

Criminal, yes. But also civil.
"Even if you get a pardon, we will sue you into eternal bankruptcy."
I think it’s time for Democratic leaders to start saying “if you’re a pilot or ground crew involved in a deportation that was stayed by a judge, you’ll be held criminally liable for human trafficking.” Everyone involved in these flights should have that fear in the back of their minds.
Overnight, this probable ICE flight landed in Benin and is now returning to Senegal, likely for a crew layover.

The prison sentences better exceed the high end of life expectancy.
The interior of Kristi Noem’s new billionaire-class luxury jet is complete with two bidets and a wet bar with a wine chiller. It will be purchased on our dime from the slush fund Congress approved in the One Big Beautiful Bill.

It would be so much easier to just take their money and charge them with the crimes they committed.
And if you're going to say "how do you know they committed crimes?" that will win you a block.

The same Hyatt Hotels that have been housing ice?
Hyatt Hotels heir Tom Pritzker today expressed "regret" over his association with Epstein as he announced his retirement as executive chair of the firm, becoming the latest high-profile figure to step down over ties to the sex offender.
Epstein files end business, political careers across globe
The revelations aren't stopping, with new names — and new recriminations — coming to light every day.

This describes every Republican I've ever met.
Narcissists, sociopaths, and/or psychopaths are running and "influencing" (through technology) the world.

A hallmark of Cluster B Personality-disordered people?

They are pathologically transactional....even if it harms other people ("Reckless disregard for others").

One of the best "this guy is full of shit and I'm tired of being here" looks, by a political figure, ever.
Politico published symbolic awards following the Munich Security Conference, naming EU foreign policy chief Kallas for Worst Poker Face. She was seen pressing her lips and puffing her cheeks as US UN ambassador Mike Waltz praised Washington for ending several wars. The reaction spread quickly online

The most American thing Dutch police have ever done:
"Dutch police have arrested a man for 'computer hacking' after accidentally handing him their own sensitive files and then getting annoyed when he didn't hand them back."

Wtf?
It is now officially cheaper to play an FPS in real life.

Absofuckinglutely 👏👏👏
We're overdue for a true, left-wing rehaul of national politics in this country. We tried the neoliberal way for the last 30+ years, it led to millions of disaffected voters, mass wealth inequality, and fascism. Let's try something else.

They're not going to stop with immigrants.
Keep fighting it, people. It’s clear the number of facilities this agency is trying to buy up across the nation far exceeds the number of undocumented persons in the country. ICE is also supposedly about deportation, not imprisonment.

So who do we all think these camps are for?

Great 🧵
Jeffrey Epstein, Peter Thiel, Elon Musk, and Marc Andreessen share an enduring fascination with eugenics, race science, and transhumanism and there is an entire generation of public intellectuals who benefited and continue to benefit from their patronage.

Pinker, Huberman, Attia, Weinstein, etc.

We built Jikipedia, a new wiki that compiles Jmail data into exhaustive reports on key figures in the Epstein scandal.

It lists all recorded visits to Epstein's estates, each person's possible knowledge of Epstein's crimes and laws that they may have violated.

This, about Ronald Reagan, does not surprise me at all.
Apparently singing La Marseillaise was a thing at Hollywood parties after the Nazis invaded France in 1940, and the writers of the script simply slotted it in. Ronald Reagan said he was sick of hearing it and avoided certain parties as a result

I'm going to guess,
people will go back to nailing the mansions' doors shut before burning them to the ground.
The other thing is let's pretend he's right, and millions and millions lose their jobs. There aren't enough other jobs for everyone without massive pay cuts and/or school. Add in all the inflation and price gouging, and what do you suppose happens when millions go broke in a short timeframe? 🫡

Some people get pissy if you mention Boomers, but it's just a fact. There are youger people, but this horror is ultimately a death rattle for a generation that resents and looks down on its children and grandchildren, leaving us with a nightmarish, bigotry-driven future most of us oppose.

This *must* become the most widely adopted approach, and standard practice.
Society demands it.
If I see anyone using Zuck's creep-specs in public, anywhere, I will simply break them.
