Busy week out on the doorstep in the Gorton and Denton by-election for our fantastic Labour candidate Angeliki Stogia.

Lots of support - and lots more work to do. This by-election is a choice between Labour and Reform UK, between unity and division. 🌹

So as I struggled with miscarriage after miscarriage before having my 🌈 baby, Reform would seriously think I should pay more tax during that agony.

This policy isn’t just a slippery slope to a handmaids tale dystopian future - it’s a deliberate step towards it

Cold night! 🥶 but a warm reception for Angeliki Stogia on the doorsteps in Gorton last night.

Good to talk with many residents about what the local @manchesterlabour.bsky.social councillors are doing for the community in Gorton, and how Angeliki would be a great Labour MP for their local area.🌹

Time for the media to stop their uncritical platforming of Farage, and start asking him proper questions.
By searching for "Farage" in the Epstein Files database (justice.gov/epstein), 38 results come up.

In one, Steve Bannon suggests to Epstein that his advisory roles to European political parties means he can influence European Parliament…. 1/3

Pleased to campaign last night for Angeliki Stogia in Longsight ahead of the Gorton and Denton parliamentary by-election on Thursday, February 26th.🌹

Plenty of support for Angeliki and Labour, and rejection of Reform, and the Greens and their opposition to new social housing in Manchester.🏡

Tonight, Labour MPs voted to scrap the two child limit – a move that puts us on course to drive the biggest reduction of child poverty in a single Parliament.

The Tories and Reform UK voted against it.

Don’t let anyone tell you voting Labour doesn’t make a difference 🌹

Delighted that Angeliki Stogia is Labour’s candidate for Gorton & Denton by-election.

She’s a strong Mancunian woman with Labour values & a record of delivery.

All our doorstep work is clear, only Labour can win against Reform. Don’t risk voting for others.

We chose unity & hope over division.
