Just saw an ad where some a local politician in rural VA is asking why the state has so many data centers and still isn’t top 10 in GDP. With a deep southern accent in deep red territory. Vibe shift.

SQQQ splits the same day as a 12% intra-day swing; volume & price discovery on options are absolutely fucked since no contracts based on post-split pricing are available.

Coulda had a 5-figure day...instead I'm empty handed.

#Cdnpoli Here's something crucial to HC. Until we can build air cleaning systems into our medical facility infrastructure, we can stop/minimise the spread of infectious disease such as #COVID, influenza and measles by cleaning our indoor air. thanks to @davidelfstrom.bsky.social

FELT.
Them: Why didn't you call or text me!?!

Me: Phones work both ways, you haven't called or texted me, but we both have lives and because we're no longer in each other's bubble anymore we forget to stay connected.

Them: I'm sorry for forgetting you.

Me: I'm sorry for allowing myself to be forgotten.

Antisemitism is a lot like Qanon child abuse conspiracies in that there’s this real and bad phenomenon and, parallel to that, what can only be described as a large scale mass psychosis about a mostly fictional version of the same phenomenon

When the UCP uses the notwithstanding clause tomorrow, watch defenders say, "it's totally legal" or "we had no choice."

They're deflecting.

The UCP wants to exact as much harm on transgender folks as possible. And they know their actions are not justifiable in a democratic society.

Who's next?

the thumbnails on youtube make me sad. it saddens me that great creators have to contort their faces into comical extreme reaction shapes in order to appeal to the algorithm or something. they get more and more every day, these over-the-top "reaction faces" as thumbnails.

Read about Luigi having "Pizza Beans" in prison and ended up making them for my family tonight.

They were a massive hit.
Is Luigi Mangione How Pizza Beans Finally Go Mainstream?
At the State Correctional Institution at Huntingdon, Luigi Mangione reportedly has dinner options of chicken Parmesan or pizza beans, which sounds a lot like the beloved Smitten Kitchen recipe

Whelp, time for my post mid-afternoon doomscrolling shower to wash the stink of phone addiction off in time to pick up my eldest from school.
Reminding myself that people do have things going on during the day and they're not attached to their phones.
