Respectfully disagree. 40 days were not wasted. Dems. held the line and took control of the narrative that the GOP will be responsible for any and all healthcare costs. Now the onus is on the GOP when costs go up. Dems. never had the votes to force an extension. GOP are responsible for inc. costs.
