I’m super glad for the people for whom work from home is more productive but I don’t think I’m one of them. The problem is that working at the office also isn’t productive. Either I lose that time to chores that need to be done or I lose it to the commute. No good options

I don't know how to not feel guilt and shame over every moment spent not being productive. If I spent the time I needed to in order to manage my emotions I would get even less done than I already do
