Politics, world events, culture, and, every once in a while, something gratuitously silly. Good discussions wanted. NOT looking for online pals. Lastly, I Will NOT chat (DM, or PM), unless I otherwise know you.
The rulings of the Supreme Court longer have the force of the rule of law behind them. All that stands behind their rulings is
force and force of habit.

They are frauds masquerading as guardians of the constitution.

#SCOTUS There's a problem in elected officials participating, as it implies the illegitimacy of a constitutional branch. But, there's no problem with NGO's doing this, first amendment right. What it implies is exactly what is intended. Quite radical, actually. The power of shaming is undervalued.
Call them ceremonies, if you will, but NGO's need to be shaming the court, stripping it, bit by bit, of popular legitimacy by means of "peoples impeachment" proceedings. Dozens, hundreds, thousands, in every village and city, over and over.

Can a discipling of the SCOTUS come from the people?

It certainly can.

By organized use of the first amendment. If enough of us, through our organizations, claim they lack legitimacy, then in fact, their legitimacy becomes damaged. Don't be afraid to go after them through an organized effort.
This is an ordinary petitioning of Congress. They're likely to motion, unlikely to impeach. We need a true, extra-legal citizens' impeachment movement for SCOTUS Justices. SCOTUS is derelict as guardians of the constitution. Congress, unlikely to act. we must. citizensimpeachment.com/advocate-for...

SCOTUS, #SCOTUS

Do not suffer these fools. Get your organization to publically correct them, deny the legitimacy of the rulings, and with as much ceremony as possible.

Offering my take on Trumps swollen and bruised hand,
"which is not getting better".

This is consistent with someone who is regularly getting interveinous drug therapy. But for what? Then there's his ankles, too.

Re: the SCOTUS

They should be loudly and publically denounced in all corners of the republic and declared derelict in their duty to the country and our constitution.

Defund them? NO. De-legitimatize them.

It's simply murder,
a capital crime, all within a matrix of other crimes, and
all within a military context.

On the hearing of cases which are not debatable. The public must challenge them, withdraw their recognition. Organization after organization should proclaim the court to no longer be the guardian of our constitution, but a principal source of its debasement.

The coup was over in hours because people said no.

Imagine non-government actors systematically doing something like this. That our government should be doing this based on a private and untested presumption of guilt is just as rotten and immoral.

It is NOT a war crime.
A war crime requires a war.
There's a bit of a difference between
an actual war and a metaphoric one.
THERE IS NO WAR.
So, amidst other violations, It is a capital crime.
The whole Venezuela "drug boat" thing is a nest of crimes from top to bottom. The pretense that these are acts of war is ridiculous. News treatments that deal with a single aspect of these crimes do us a great disservice. Trump and Hegseth are consciousless criminals & s/b dealt with accordingly.
