No that’s why ICE and Trump officials aren’t welcome you nitwit
So you’re fine with your neighborhood being filled with people who broke the law, don’t have proper documentation and likely can’t have legal jobs or pay taxes?

In most developed countries, this wouldn’t fly.

I’m confused why Americans want this?

Just a PSA for San Diego people, Armstrong Garden Centers have amazing deals on bare root fruit trees this weekend. $22.99 for a few different low chill apples, peaches, nectarines, an apple, an apricot and maybe a couple other things. I picked up a Blenheim apricot.

I regret to inform you that my plan to drive my 17 year old car forever is not going well as of late.

Albert Belle is truly one of the most batshit guys ever to play baseball.
I came back from a weekend trip and found this at my front door from a friend and boy do I feel seen.

Good news! I didn’t sleep last night either. It’s ok though, surely I can stumble through my busy day with a migraine, being unable to process anything and feeling like I am drunk.
Every time I get a cortisone shot in my shoulder I forget that it gives me anxiety and really bad insomnia until the second night after the injection when I’m laying in bed at 3 am wondering why I haven’t slept for one minute yet.

But hey, at least it also didn’t help my shoulder!

For a second I thought it was just an archival photo of a Padres fan leaning that Craig Stammen was going to be the new manager.

Heck yeah. Then all the local police departments can use all that extra money to buy tanks and riot gear because they don’t have anything else to do with it!
Public safety means stopping violent crime — not weaponizing ICE against our communities.

That’s why I'm proposing a bill that redirects nearly $75 billion from ICE to local law enforcement.

I need a good video game to get absorbed into. I haven’t really played anything since I finished Ghost of Yotei in December.

God damn it this Rady’s news has me seeing red.

Someone who is better at this than I am, what can I do?

@wrenispinkle.bsky.social you’re my go-to for actually acting. Help me please. What’s the best way to effectively tell them that this is bullshit?

What does San Diego City council think about this absolute betrayal of transgender children from an institution that used to claim it as a point of pride that they supported them?

The hospital, which says it acted after a federal threat to pull reimbursement, will continue offering counseling, mental health resources and care coordination.

I’m about to get really annoying about this so apologies in advance. This kind of betrayal is inexcusable.

Rady’s used to be a force for good for gender affirming care for kids. It was a point of pride that they fucking bragged about.
