The true purpose of the masked men terrorizing Minnesota, writes @polgreen.bsky.social, is "to stage a spectacle of cruelty upon a city that stands in stark defiance against Trump’s dark vision of America."

There are numerous reports across the Twin Cities on ICE monitoring pages of drones circling apartment buildings. What valid law enforcement reason could there be for this?

This is what happened in our neighborhood yesterday. ICE snatched a human being off of our streets, roughed them up badly, and then pepper sprayed legal observers as they documented it all. This is a daily occurrence happening all throughout Minnesota right now.

I'll contact the FAA and see if I can get legal clarity about how this NOTAM might apply to drone flights over ICE/DHS vehicles (in places like Minneapolis).
Just noticed this new FAA NOTAM from Jan 16th, which prohibits drone operators from flying within 3000 feet laterally or 1000 feet above DHS, DOD, and DOE "facilities and mobile assets, including ground vehicle convoys and their associated escorts."

When a handful of far-right voices complained about equality measures being pushed by the Biden admin re gadding treatment of trans people under sex discrimination laws in accord with precedent, we got years of nonstop reporting on how aggressive the Biden admin was in advancing trans rights.
What an unfuckingbelievably wild framing.

1. It's been more than a day since 2 of America's most storied newsrooms, CBS and ABC, reported that killer ICE agent Jon Ross suffered "internal bleeding" based on unnamed sources

Since then

- No other news org has confirmed the story

- No evidence (photos, medical records) has been produced

Like, case in point, there are still people inside ICE trying to maintain basic officer discipline, yet people will get this training and then turn on Fox News and get the message that their leaders at the top think they should be able to do whatever they want.

Not good!

It should be bigger news that masked agents were filmed hours ago removing potentially inculpatory evidence from the ICE shooter's house, clearly lacking evidence tags or chain of custody stickers.

Here’s a comment for the people who are upset that MN hasn’t charged Jonathan Ross already:

If you just Leeeroy Jenkins this shit you will lose and you will empower fascism and murder.

It is indescribably hard to prosecute cops for murder. It is even hard when the murder is ON VIDEO.

These are amazing exchanges. A Times reporter hypes Trump’s deranged NYT interview by complaining about the access they got from Joe Biden and then when faced with what he’s admitting, he pretends he’s not saying what he’s saying.

Access journalism is cancer. Reporters shouldn’t be groupies.
