SOLUTION:

CRASH Johnson' press conferences.
BRING Adelita Grijalva and a bible.
DEMAND he swear her in right there on live TV.

It's so simple. It'll either get her sworn in or make Johnson stop doing these fucked up lie-filled pressers.

The only thing surprising about this is that it's Kash Patel's FBI telling ICE agents to ID themselves when grabbing people off the street & disappearing them.
New: The FBI is quietly urging ICE agents to properly ID themselves in the field.

In a bulletin to law enforcement last month, it warned of criminals posing as ICE to rob, rape, kidnap—a problem it says now demands national coordination to confront.

In a bulletin to law enforcement agencies, the FBI said criminal impersonators are exploiting ICE’s image and urged nationwide coordination to distinguish real operations from fakes.

Court,

Lindsey Halligan here. You are ordering things that are simply not going to happen.

Thought you should have a heads up.
JUST IN: Unusual filing in Tish James case. DOJ says it isn't complying with judge's order to turn over discovery on selective prosecution issue. Usual procedure would be move to reconsider the order but prosecutors file 'notice' telling judge no. Doc: storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

I’ve been sounding the alarm for months – it continues.
The Trump Slump is hitting Las Vegas hard:
📉 Tourism down nearly 9%
🎰 Strip revenue down 5%
Nevada’s economy can’t afford this decline in jobs and visitors.
Las Vegas tourism down again in September with Strip revenue falling 5.5%
Las Vegas tourism again lagged behind 2024 in September, this time welcoming around 300,000 fewer visitors largely due to “slower midweek volumes,” according to the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors…

One fact I didn't know until just now is that Michael Bloomberg's net worth increased from $55.5 billion in 2019 to $106 billion in 2025. Doubled.
Bloomberg has dropped $5 million against Zohran in these last days of the race, making him the single largest donor. Personally I wish he'd just settle for having successfully bought a 3rd term and do something else with his money www.nytimes.com/live/2025/10...

Note: while not unprecedented, it’s actually pretty rare for a sitting Catholic bishop to participate in a demonstration. It’s just not generally what Catholic bishops do.

Thus: Getting the hierarchy involved in this protest outside an ICE facility is no small thing.
Chicago Auxiliary Bishop José María Garcia-Maldonado at ICE detention facility: “Being here is an act of holiness…soon we will seek access to the facility to bring the Eucharist to our brothers and sisters; if they say no again, we will keep praying.”
