Trump sells stuff that enough people are willing to buy, be it a hat or sense of community. Despite repercussions or anyone else's opinion about it, people who invested got something in return. Democrats just ask for money. They need to learn from this, better it be from @zohrankmamdani.bsky.social

Except they didn't. Schumer and the Dems had NOTHING to do with these items getting taken out. The only reason why they were is because the Senate parliamentarian said they violated the Byrd rule, and if left in would require 60 votes. That's it. Schumer is ineffective at best, complicit at worst
Honestly anyone complaining about Schumer right now can go fuck themselves. I don't love the guy, but Senate Democrats did an *incredible* job at taking out a whole host of indefensible parts of the Big Bullshit Bill, including attacks on trans people and the public land sell-off. They did great.
