This was a fun time! I got to 25 pieces of lore and that feels good. Take a look to get to know me a little bit and find out exactly how many times I’ve turned yellow! (Hint, it’s more than 1…)
One like = one piece of lore. Lore about me, to be clear. I’ve included a photo for reference.

How about up to 25 or until we all get bored?

TAKEN AT HER COURT HEARING. To all those Americans deceiving themselves that ICE is only going after rapists and murderers, another reminder that’s a lie. They are targeting folks doing the right thing, because it is easier and otherwise they don’t have enough people to arrest. Wake up now.

Vital piece of investigative reporting from Sky. They've uncovered the X algorithm which feeds users extremist right wing material from the moment they join the site. It is a far-right radicalisation engine, by design.

It's cool how we keep proving over and over and over again that there's a significant market for narrative-heavy, character-driven, single-player experiences in video games and publishers just categorically refuse to believe us

Mamdani: "My message to ICE agents & to everyone across this city is that everyone will be held to the same standard of the law. If you violate it, you must be held accountable. There is sadly a sense growing that certain people are allowed to violate that law, whether they be POTUS or ICE agents."

THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF NoVA
Looks like the Dems will pick up 12 seats in the VA House of Delegates, which will go from 51-49 to 63-37 D-R. That's an honestly shocking result.

A pro-affordability, anti-Trump-corruption message unites the party. Every candidate can run on that, and every candidate can have their own take to fit that to their constituents. There's really no need to find fights to pick when the party agrees on more than it disagrees
Came here to say this, but Jamelle Bouie has this covered. 👇
When the Democratic tent includes candidates like Spanberger and Mamdani, there is no crisis, or fight, for the party. IT’S A COALITION, NOT A POINT ESTIMATE.
i want to repeat this: mamdani and spanberger have run similar campaigns tailored to their respective electorates and it is maddening to watch political journalists attempt to create some broad contrast where none exist

Was pretty disappointed with The Fort Bragg Cartel by Seth Harp. Seems to be solid investigative reporting but also a whole lot of bizzaro conspiracy shit. It’s hard to say if it’s leftist or conservative conspiracism, too, it fits either side (although it feels pretty dirtbag left to me).

neat trick the "centrists" love to pull: just blankly asserting that all of their personal biases are popular and the things they don't like are unpopular and dragging the party down

we see the transphobia, folks

That’s why she opposes Israel, not because she supports human rights

Taking food from hungry American children to send to Argentina to prop up the regime there. Seems like that might not be super popular.
SNAP benefits are about to lapse because of the shutdown. Reminders:
1. About 1 in 2 children will receive SNAP benefits at some point and 1 in 4 children are receiving benefits in a given month.
2. Trump is already planning to cut SNAP in other ways.

Throughout the RotS novelization (which I can’t stop thinking about), Anakin obsesses over a thought: “All things die. Even stars burn out.”

Anakin’s fear drives him to seek power and he thinks he finds the answer in Palpatine. That through his rage and will he can hold on to the things he loves.

In the Revenge of the Sith novelization, when Obi-Wan talks with Padmé about Anakin she’s says she’s happy that he’s been appointed to the Jedi Council and Obi-Wan says: “It is perhaps less than he deserves—though I’m afraid it may be more than he can handle.”

There is this great version of RotS.
