Quick followup. @xbox.com was not responsive, but I got the help I needed via Live Chat Support at Xbox's website: support.xbox.com/en-US/contac... . Took 10 minutes - I was fully refunded for the base game & they arranged my Deluxe purchase. So much better with a human at the other end! 👍 #Sonic
