One of the biggest blows against the illusion of Western democracy in recent years has been that there is now more popular support for Palestine than ever, the tide has turned; and yet it doesn't make any difference whatsoever.
Our leaders can entirely ignore us.
We do not live under Democracy

Alright… I’ll leave the music here while you sit with what family means to you. None of it has to line up. It rarely does.

Let the songs hold parts that don’t have names.
Let them soften sharp edges, or keep you company where things still ache.

Til then, keep the songs going.
And the signal human.

I think the reason Epstein victims aren't naming names must be NDAs signed with the Epstein estate, Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan. So those two banking entities should be held accountable by us, the public, for protecting the sexual offenders.

The notion of "reforms" is ludicrous. It's like giving a rapist a stern lecture about being more polite when he's raping people. It also shows that Democrats are not just useless, but colluding with the fascists. At best, they're more interested in working with fascists than representing The People.

Las universidades privadas no son universidades.

Son sitios para ganar dinero, como un gimnasio, una pizzería o una casa de apuestas.

If they are truly "only after dangerous criminals" ICE should not be able to lay a hand on ANYONE unless they have a warrant for that person. Random abductions of US citizens should be punishable. ICE should be held accountable for bodily injury, damage to property and loss of life.

ICE OUT NOW!

Brilliant. Spot on.
Epstein is the most garish and harrowing manifestation of this but oligarchy makes life miserable in a thousand other ways. A core point of democracy is that no one should have so much power that they can make themselves everybody's problem. We should have a political party that believes that
The Epstein emails should really end the debate over whether society should have billionaires. "Do you want there to be a class of people so powerful they can fuck your kids and no one will even try to do anything" seems like an easy sell if everyone in politics wasn't trying to get on their payroll

There’s no justification for shooting someone ten times in the back.

The debate about what Alex Pretti did or didn’t do is irrelevant.

The agents committed murder.

It wasn’t a “bad shoot”. It was a killing

I get it. We don't want to discourage people from voting.

But do you really think they're going to leave just because we vote them out?

"Those elections were fraudulent, we're not swearing those people in."

We are going to have to be in Washington D.C. by the millions to take back power.

Don't worry, Democratic "leaders" have already pre-emptively caved on ICE so they won't be seen as obstructionists by their colleagues across the aisle. So visionary. Many backbones. Much representation. Very governancemanship.
