Yes. And people will get mad bc they think this is redemptive, but it's not exactly redemptive to say that folks helped make bad things happen out of ignorance or by ignoring/disbelieving what they heard—it's just a more accurate way to describe how ppl think and act, which is worth understanding.

I think we’re about to run into the problem that people (both parties) have been insisting so hard that Covid is nothing to worry about and not worth preventing that they can’t really muster the energy to care. It’s a heavily guarded delusion.
1/ If I were pregnant, or considering ever becoming pregnant, I would be so outraged at RFK delisting COVID vaccination.
Not only are unvaccinated women much more likely to miscarry or have a stillbirth if they contract COVID but it leaves newborns, who are extra susceptible, extremely vulnerable.
