Men in women's spaces increase violence. There's much evidence of it across countries and centuries - and it includes violent trans identifying men. This lie is a betrayal of women and reveals, again, the misogyny central to 'trans rights'.

Trans identifying men do NOT face the same problems as women. That's more arrogant and ugly misogyny. I am a feminist. Feminism advocates for females or it's futile. Women are entitled to a political movement to oppose sexism without including men (no matter how much those men wish they were women).

Defending women from male violence is not a moot point. Ever. Trans identifying men *have* sexually and physically assaulted women - inside and outside prisons. It's repugnant how little empathy trans activists have for women. Thankfully more and more people are recognising the problems women face.
Allowing trans people to piss doesnt affect whether they should be allowed in a women’s prison if they have been found guilty of assaulting women. They’re still isolated. This is a moot point. Trans people being allowed in gyms and toilets is a different issue to prison. Stop it. “Doctor”.

1/2 Apart from the fact that transgenderism is a false belief system, as no one can change sex, it's also impossible to know if a strange man is a potential abuser or rapist, so wherever women are vulnerable they need to exclude men, all men.
Why won't the UK government accept this?

1/2 The Pelicot case was shocking.
The husband's behaviour was shocking.
The number of men involved, from a relatively small area, was shocking.
How is it relevant to the exemption clause in the British Equality Act, allowing women single sex spaces?
It's about trust.

The High Court today confirms that the EHRC's draft code of practice got the law wrong and must be changed.

The pandemic preparedness programme at NIAD is to be cut in yet another inexplicable decision by Bhattacharya. Without the research that was done by institutes such as the NIAD that was already looking at coronaviruses we would not have had such speedy vaccine development 🧪🧵 #HealthPolicy

We still talk about Starmer's speech that used a different phase to Powell, and had a very different meaning.

Strangely we don't talk about Farage fully endorsing Powell's message, agreeing with the meaning, and claiming he wasn't a racist (I guess like with his school mates, 'there was no intent')
"I would never say that Powell was racist in any way at all. Had we listened to him, we would have much better race relations now than we have got" (Nigel Farage on Enoch Powell, Total Politics, 2008).

So depressing to see a Labour MP push misinformation like this.

The judgment @kateosbornemp.bsky.social refers to is here: goodlawproject.org/wp-content/u....

Will she say which paragraph/s say “the EHRC’s draft code of practice got the law wrong”? No. Because none do.

So, let me get this straight. Reform men are against immigration but think English women (the pale pink ones, obviously) should do their duty and have babies when they're young? Breed for Britain?

It's a pity none of the men have any sex appeal. That might help.

Your claim that the judgment "confirms that the EHRC's draft code of practice got the law wrong" is categorically untrue.

The judgment is not even about the code of practice - it's about the interim update. Every single argument made against the interim update was dismissed by the judge.

"people with vaginas"
There's no measurable public benefit at all. No pervert is gunna suddenly change their mind about being a pervert because of a law change. Its already illegal to do illegal things. Nobody is any safer. There is a just more potential harassment for to people with vaginas who dont fit to stereotypes.
