I am just so tired of feeling sick and tired all the time. I just want enough energy to live my life and do the few things I would like to do. I am not asking to be an Olympic athlete. I want to be able to do things around the house after work without crashing from exhaustion as soon as I get home
What'm I supposed to do w any of this information? "u might have CREST syndrome" yeah it might also be lupus or early onset crohns disease or a small handful of other things. I like that they confirmed that there's definitely smth wrong w my body so it's not just in my head but theres no action plan

Ok, updates: So my ANA updated results increased. It went from 1:160 to 1:320. Both speckled and nuclear dot. Centromere B antibody >8.0 positive. Inflammation/damaged mucous membrane in my doudinim. High white blood cell count. Slightly elevated bilirubin. Low albumin, low sgpt/alt, & low sgot/ast.

I was crashing out 2 days ago but I finally have a new primary care dr at least and he is very nice. Great listener/good bedside manner/engages in conversation without being condescending so I am less upset even tho I still don't have any answers. But he will help me w my insomnia being back so yay
Mystery autoimmune condition that they don't know what it is until I get worse. Maybe CREST, maybe HEDS + mild fibromyalgia, maybe who knows what all else. Maybe maybe maybe. Definitely smth but shrugs all around.

So I've had a colonoscopy & endoscopy for my appetite loss since August of 2024 & weight loss while sedentary & unchanged eating habits besides being unable to eat. Inflammation near my duodenum but no answers/explanations. I've had an unending stomach ache since I drank the PEG 3350. I want to cry.
