I'm pretty certain it was either 3rd or 4th grade that I did that. Out of curiosity I was looking up English Language Development or Early Developmental Language graded vocabulary lists & 'decay' is a 6th grade vocabulary word

Merlin the cat wedged himself between my leg and the arm rest of the old, used, blanket covered recliner we are sitting on. He is directly on his back with his stomach fully exposed and all of his limbs poking up in different directions. He is getting his winter coat in and looking extremely fluffy

Merlin decided a great place to take a nap was directly on top of the TV remotes and my charger cord for my ancient 3DS. Spare stylus is also here somewhere (shaped like the Master Sword from Breath of the Wild) but I can't find it even though I literally just had it???
Merlin the cat only likes to be on my lap when it's inconvenient for me. Especially when I have to pee, THAT'S the only time he wants to settle down and cuddle 😭

Does anyone else's cat like to lay on their back?? Like directly on the spine? I feel like I usually see cats on their stomachs or sides. Not back sleepers

Every now and again people talk about posts that haunt them/stick with them and that they think about regularly. One of mine is that post about "several crackling lizards"
Post that says "The rice here at home, when made in the slow cooker, always came out with a delicious fried flavor and we never found out why. Today we opened it for maintenance and discovered several crackling lizards." The image is the exposed heating element on the bottom of a rice cooker filled with more than several dead crispy lizards like anoles but brown and fried looking. At least 30, at a guess
