Sunrise and Hazelnut hold hands; Hazelnut has long dark purplish hair and Sunrise has pink pigtails... they're wearing madoka and homura's dresses symbolizing the nature of their relationship. Hazelnut kisses Sunrise on her forehead, "chu~" The final panel is a clear view of Hazelnut as Sunrise sees her, Hazelnut holding her hand... It's a warm and cherished memory for Sunrise... Sunrise narrates "We made a promise to each other...that we'd be together forever... I knew I could do anything... So long as I had her... It was like a dream..." Now an older Hazelnut stands in front of Sunrise, her hair chopped short, wearing a white shirt and a tie... "It's over, Sunrise," she says. Sunrise is sitting in her couch nest playing bintendo swinch, surrounded by plushies, snackies(mana energy drink and doditos), and blanky. Sunrise's hair is now also cropped, tho she has maintained her efforts toward being cute; she wears a slouchy beanie and a baggy shirt and shorts. Hazelnut continues, "It's time to grow up. I'm sick of having to do it for you... You're 28 now, so act like it." ouch They now stand in the entry/living room area of their overpriced apartment... Hazelnut steps away from Sunrise, finally saying "You should pack your things and go home." She looks away from Sunrise as she says it. Sunrise is shocked, the information not sinking in... "B-but... what about our promise?"... She steps forward, toward Hazelnut, "We were... We were gonna be together forever... We were gonna take care of each other!" In the foreground Hazelnut's expression is darked and unseen... once again, she looks away.
