I am an aspiring scifi & fantasy author who currently eats by way of work as a system's engineer/architect. Unpublished, my late in life diagnosis of ASD has brought an unexpected clarity to my writing and it's nature. I think I might be ready.
This seems to be the American right's mantra:
1 It's not our fault
2 It's someone else's fault
3 If we're at fault its for not telling someone else that they are at fault
To me it looks like they are using unproven narratives when they can find no facts to support their blame shifting

In this order, it's:
1. Bigotry isn't conservatism, and no true conservative is a baddie. (Most of the piece)
2. It's all liberals' fault that the Groypers exist.
3. The Groypers are really noisy, but they aren't true conservatives, and we need to make sure they know they aren't true conservatives.

Marjorie Taylor Greene's resigning in time to get a pension is a lesson to everyone.
Most Americans don't get *any* pension anymore, but Congress gave itself a pension after only five years of work.

A family friend was telling us about what her husband shared about his experience in Broadview before he was deported back to Mexico. She's been sharing to friends and family because she's just in disbelief & horror what her husband told her. She wasn't able to talk to him until he was in Mexico.
