I am obsessed with Yokohama F. Marinos running the entire Nissan badge on their shirts like they're the company's cars. First time in my J.League life I've seen this by the team.

Not an exaggeration at all to say that the feeling in Minneapolis is that the entire metro area is being treated as occupied territory by federal agents. Impossible to overstate how overwhelmingly people here do not like it. This does not feel sustainable.

rare to see an american politician speak in these terms and it rocks
“When I speak about making our city more affordable, my vision is not limited to the homes that we live in or the child care that we’re making universal — it’s also a vision where we make it possible for working people to afford lives of joy, of art, of rest, of expression.”

We're getting within range of an Indiana team ... the Hoosiers, of Bloomington's Indiana University, to be clear ... putting themselves into the Best College Football Team Ever debate. Indiana, mind you. Regulation American football, to be clear

Welp. 35-7
I watched the first quarter of the Peach Bowl at the gym and then left to do other things. I come back home at the end of the 2nd and Indiana is up 28-7 already wtf

Have their agent murder someone and then punish that place for being upset about it. Truly a fascist country.

This is a completely reasonable way for any top official to address Trump, given the entirety of his record. You get the discourse you deserve; you receive the courtesy from your opponents that you extend to them.
You lying piece of shit. I chaired the Minnesota DFL for all three of your runs here. I watched you lose. Three times. Minnesota never bought your con. And now, as Chair of the DNC, I’m looking forward to ending Trumpism for good in 2028 — not with lies, but with votes. Again.
Trump: "I feel I won Minnesota. I think I won it all three times. Nobody has won it since Richard Nixon won it many many years ago. I won it all three times in my opinion. It's a corrupt state ... I did so well in that state. The people were crying every time after."

I grew up around hordes of guys like young poor JD Vance and then I went to college with hordes of guys like petulant striver JD Vance. I can tell you both groups are consistently prepared to endorse violence when a “fucking bitch” doesn’t obey.

The difference is merely decorum.

It is essential to realize that the "fucking bitch" comment was not because Good moved her car in any way. It was a direct response to her saying "I'm not mad at you". It was a slight against his ego.

It was him saying "take that, bitch" after he executed her.
She hit him with “I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed” and that made him so furious he murdered her

“That’s fine, dude. I’m not mad at you.”

Does this look like a “domestic terrorist”?

Shame on everyone.

Bearing in mind that money mauled the Pac 12 to make this happen, there's a delicious irony to two Big Ten teams playing in the Peach Bowl to get into the National Championship.

Was in the coffee shop today when a guy’s boyfriend came in and gave him a quick affectionate little kiss and I felt both a joy at living in a time and place where that love is normal and public and a rage at those who would try to take it away from us.
