This has been happening for months -- the right-wing grifters are realising they've been outstripped by the hardcore idealogues and they're fleeing for their lives. They haven't reformed and they haven't seen the error of their ways. They're the same shitty, selfish fucks they always were.
You fucking people will let anyone off the hook for their violent hateful beliefs and all they have to do is say shiny words you like

You’re all a bunch of Nazi tattoo forgiving, Jewish space lasers forgetting gullible marks getting played for fools

As a Jew I suggest you all go fuck yourselves.

This scene has been living rent-free in my head since it aired. The best "Hello, sweetie" of the whole series. Incredible performances.

After Midnight Mass came out, I remember reading comments online from folk saying the Sheriff was playing the victim card, or that Islamophobia isn’t a thing anymore etc…

And then Zohran Mamdani enters the chat in 2025 and is greeted with abhorrent Islamophobia & 9/11 jibes.

Well well well…

the takeaway from the Zohran Trump meeting is that Trump is a gullible fool who will temporarily bend to the last charismatic person he talked to.

Zohran played him perfectly but that doesn’t mean Trump is good now. He’ll go back to fascism tomorrow morning after he talks to Stephen Miller

This is perfect. A Fox 52 episode podcast about the life of Jesus, apparently built on subterfuge, theft and lies. Many or most of the actors billed as participating had their voices repurposed from other work and didn't even know they were part of it. ew.com/celebrities-...

My brain is still pleasantly captured by the idea that someone cast Jesse Plemons as a young Phillip Seymour Hoffman. That's so genius. People need to win awards for this idea.

As I'm sure you can imagine, there are many symptoms of my mental illness that I do not enjoy.

Lately, by far the worst is that I'm so easily startled. Because lately, there have been times when I'm doing some chore and one of my kids comes in without my realising... [more]

A lot of actors in here making terrible choices but I have the most noise for Sean Astin who is the sitting SAG-AFTRA president and has a fiduciary duty to not fuck around with fascists

He should watch the Lord of the Rings. It has lessons!

I haven’t seen this get covered in English yet so let me translate.

Grok is saying that the crematories at Auschwitz’s were conceived as disinfectant chambers, not mass execution and that the law has made it taboo to acknowledge that this is what they were

Trump in a room with a very charismatic person results in like half a day of Trump agreeing with everything that person said, so this has the potential to be very, very funny.

It's important to note, as I have multiple times, that it's possible to be Jewish - as I am - and still condemn Israel for genocidal acts. In fact, the history of Judaism makes it clear Jews are obligated to speak out. Never again *means* never again. #zachor
Antisemitism is a lot like Qanon child abuse conspiracies in that there’s this real and bad phenomenon and, parallel to that, what can only be described as a large scale mass psychosis about a mostly fictional version of the same phenomenon

The grifters are realising they're now outnumbered by idealogues and they're trying to jump ship.
Marjorie Taylor Greene is standing up to Trump on the Epstein files, but she's also urging Dana Bash to interview outspoken antisemite Nick Fuentes. She wants to push Trump aside for something even worse.

I just randomly remembered the time at Dragon Con where I got in a lift at the Marriott with two guys dressed as Ghostbusters, and I started doing the lines from the lift scene in the first movie in full deadpan. Five seconds of utter confusion, two minutes of good fun.
