This is how I feel about BallxPit too. It's a hypnotizing yet hollow numbers-go-up, closer to an idle game than any arcade inspirations. It does nothing to my brain except activate the binge cortex.

The Library is a glorious crucible of gasbags, a miracle of severe creative limitation. Halo's "worst" level is The Pillar of Autumn, and it's still a great schlep of cinematic corridors. This is another reason a (2nd) remake feels superfluous. Even its most disliked level is intensely memorable.
