This is the atmosphere we're living in. Random, racist jerks feel bold, they puff themselves up, and they try to grab a bit of that ICE-flavored power for themselves.
Last night, I was assaulted by a man at Sundance Festival who told me that Trump was going to deport me before he punched me in the face. He was heard screaming racist remarks as he drunkenly ran off. The individual was arrested and I am okay.

I came to Minneapolis to report on what's going on, and one of the main questions I showed up with is "just what is the scale of the resistance?" After all, we're all used to the news calling Portland a "war zone" or whatever when it's just some protests in one part of town.

Semantics matter when discussing whether Trump "believed" advisors re: 2020. #JackSmith stated Trump fired campaign advisors who said he'd lost, & hired advisors whose stolen-election claims he chose to "believe." No. He chose to ASSERT those claims; evidence shows he did not actually believe them.
