As OSRIC 2e (correctly) states; properly understood, CHA is the most important stat in the game
I'm fairly unlikely to play OSRIC, it being an old school AD&D retroclone and way down the list of RPGs I'd like to run or play eventually, but I've got to respect that it is now itself in its third edition and that its illustration for the Charisma attribute is this guy.
