I’m sure he believes this, primarily because it is the dumbest form of taxation, and well…he’s an idiot. This would be incredibly regressive. We are moving back to a 19th century economic order.
Trump: "I believe that at some point in the not too distant future you won't even have income tax to pay, because they money we're taking in is so great."

One of the things about trust is that it is efficient. It saves you having to invest a lot of time and effort in verification, and if placed in the right places, saves you a lot of pain.

"The diseases will do the education" is what we get when we don't trust.

a very apt analog
There’s a reason Caesar was forbidden to cross the Rubicon and return to Rome with his army. It’s what separates a relatively free society from a fascist one.
Pirro: "These Guardsmen and all who are here to protect the District are the line that separates a civilized society from a barbaric one."

The Trump administration’s EPA is now allowing “forever chemical” pesticides. They never break down, what could go wrong? We are turning our backs on science, literally at our own peril.
The trouble with losing the public trust is that you never get it back. Pesticide manufacturers should be pushing for more rigorous standards, because now we're going to label everything as 'contains PFAS' and ban/boycott all of it. (Gift article)

EPA just approved new ‘forever chemical’ pesticides for use on food
Critics warn the EPA’s approvals of new PFAS pesticides could expose more Americans to “forever chemicals” through their food.

We have known for some time Trump is a security liability. The fact that so many ignored it and voted to make him President again is a failure of the billionaire class and their ownership of our media.

Trump pardoned over 1500 January 6th insurrections his FIRST DAY in office.

One of them, my constituent, is now back in custody for threatening to assassinate a Member of Congress.

Trump DOES NOT want this story getting attention.

So let's make sure EVERY AMERICAN sees it.

In which comedian John Oliver does the fact checking journalism you and Caitlyn Flanagan refuse to do and systematically dismantles the imbecilic grift that is Bari Weiss.
Call it a ratio if you like. But it uses Weiss's own words.

I’m sure Donald Trump being up to his eyeballs in this pedo ring has nothing to do with this news.
The Wall Street Journal reports that Ghislaine Maxwell had a meeting with an unknown person in her new prison camp, during which the entire prison was on lockdown.

Inmates say she's getting unusually favorable treatment by the prison.
