This format's interesting. Finding the open lane in the draft feels like half the battle. From there, your deck depends a lot on if your table pass you the narrow rares you can play and they can't. I think you really don't want to be in the non-typal archetypes. They fight with everyone for pieces.

Reading through the Standard breakdown before the event I love that Golgari Ouroboroid and Golgari Demons are still tracking in the meta game.
They were my favorite decks previously so I hope they get a good showing this time around.

The death of browsing is part of the reason art is the way it is now. Our opinions are largely fed to us by algorithms. Spending a spare 15 minutes wandering around a bookstore or comic shop or video rental place was how you found stuff you wouldn't ordinarily pick up and thereby expanded your taste
Bookselling is like the most "people go to the store and buy what looks cool to them without a particular agenda" type business left, and your purchases have a huge influence on what is ordered, what is displayed, and what is recommended.

Please do this. As a chair in a deep red district we need tons of help building a real party and you will have considerable influence.
If you are:
-a leftist
-who does not like the DNC
-and lives in a red district
-that is rural or suburban
I encourage you to check out your local Dems and maybe get involved. Red districts are often ignored by national Dems; you may have more influence to push left locally than you think.
