Top of the list: the myth that tofu needs to be marinated and only ignorant western hippy types don’t. This would be surprising news to people in China, Korea, Japan and the Philippines.
People saying that normal tofu is fermented is high on my list of stupid things people say about tofu. Some is, and when it is, you’ll know it is.

Just fyi for anyone who doesn’t know but Hong Gil Dong (the FL’s male name) is the titular character of a Korean novel during the joseon era. He was a bandit who stole from the rich
#ToMyBelovedThief delivered a solid pilot with an unexpected kiss between the leads. I really hope the writer leans into the romance and gives us plenty of flirting and skinship. Can’t wait for the next episode. #NamJihyun #MoonSangmin #ToMyBelovedThiefEp1

Yes and-ing this to say, I absolutely love that his speeches do not sound like he studied Barack Obama recordings as if they were the zapruder or game film. He talks good but does it in his own way.
Whew. That Mamdani has an exceptional speechwriter and is one of the most compelling politicians I’ve seen.
