jumping on this to say I've noticed my online networking take a nose dive since I deleted social apps off my phone, but
i am exercising again
trying to manage chronic pain
eating better
reading more
i am enjoying talking to strangers
overall trying to improve my life in many small ways
its good!

I have felt this hugely over the last year!!!!
Getting largely off the smartphone in particular and focusing on spending my free time doing things like:
reading
playing cards with friends
leaving the house
focusing on things in my life i can actively change
has been transformative

I am progressively consuming less and less content. It doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate you all - you all are amazing.
