Worst thing in Clues by Sam is when you make a "correct" choice for incorrect reasons and only realize it a few moves later when you are hopelessly entangled in a Gordian knot.

It's funny how I still have "oh no, I have to go back to high school!" type dreams but now in the dream I'm usually like, "fuck that, what are they even gonna do to me?" and either stay at home or go to a restaurant.

I discovered this tweet in my archives, in which three of my four "dream projects" describe my actual novel being (with varying degrees of accuracy). I forgot about the sexy hawkmen, though. Guess that's a theme for future project.

People are acting like Newsom is definitely going to be the candidate even though we are two years out, he has a very thin lead, and he is basically the only one actively campaigning right now.

I know I frequently am very sour about the state of contemporary letters and how people don't know how to write anymore and books are not properly edited anymore, but you know, books are really great. I shed a tear just now thinking about the concept of books. 10/10 technology, imo.

Yeah Google, I, a person who asks you something about books like ten times a day, obviously want to look up San Diego metalcore band As I Lay Dying and not the book. I know you know what kind of music I listen to, Google. You're always telling me what the name of the song is on my phone. Despicable.
Yeah Google, when I search for "white ink" I obviously want to buy white tattoo ink and not to read the essays of Hélène Cixous. You listen in on my phone calls and emails so you can predict exactly when I want to buy shoes, but you can't get this right? Pathetic.
i googled hexadecimal and all the results were about math and not the reboot character. after all these years, you still have no understanding of me or my desires, google.
