Just when you think the Defense Dept can't get any stupider......this guy is a couple of cans short of a six pack for sure. And he is in the vicinity of a nuclear button? How does that happen? How did he get a gaming unit on board? Who has internet access on a N. sub? So many questions?

And still can't catch him. This is what was voted for, but not in RI. Their citizens are paying the price of their safety so that FBI agents can be off in other cities attacking women and children, green card holders, citizens and soon to be citizens, unless they pull them out of their ceremonies.
They had six guys plus a whole team of scouts - many of whom were pulled off teams going after terrorists - to arrest one guy with three misdemeanors. No wonder they can't catch the Brown University shooter.
Zurow was also on the arrest team for Flores-Ruiz, who was charged with three misdemeanors.
