SpaceX is really gonna go whole hog on destroying public spaces/land in Brownsville and I fully expect the FAA, EPA etc to rubber stamp everything. That said, the underlying laws aren't getting deleted with Trump's congressional margins, so it'll either be the courts that stops it...
