oh my god, im so tired of and disheartened by seeing more mini painters post minis 'painted' by gen ai - whether they're being up front about it or trying to pass it off as their own work.

Some might say I'm crazy for travelling 17 miles before dawn to fish a half-frozen canal in -2°C, but when the rising sun begins to warm your face, and a Kingfisher swoops low past your rod tip in a flash of electric blue and burnt orange, the world never makes more sense than it does in that moment

Looking back over the last year and it’s the lowest number of models painted since 2019.
Not sure why but just struggled to be into painting as much this year, had some ideas and inspiration but so often quickly fizzled out.
Hoping next year will be back in the swing of things.
