I wasn’t planning on drinking my PVA glue, but now I’ve seen the use by date I definitely won’t. Good news is it still sticks sand to bases as well as it ever has. #WarhammerCommunity

First painted mini of 2026 is a Man O’War Bretonnian Galleon from 1992! #warhammercommunity
New year, ‘new’ fleet. Couple of coats of Skeleton Horde contrast over Colour Forge Wight Bone and my Bretonnian Galleon is ready for some drybrushing and detail work. Using the original Eavy Metal colours as inspiration, but won’t be going quite so yellow or blue. #WarhammerCommunity

In 2025 I painted 172 minis and 14 bit of scenery.
My 2026 plan is to crack on with those projects that have been sitting around for a while, like Heresy Emperors Children, Cathay and since 1992, Man O’War.
I’m sure GW will ruin my plans sooner rather than later! #WarhammerCommunity

In 2025 I painted 172 minis and 14 bit of scenery.

It’s taken the best part of a month but the scales on my Kroxigor are done. I have built and painted other stuff at the same time to give me a break from the monotony, but I’m so happy that it’s over! #WarhammerCommunity

Should be painting Seraphon, instead I’ve travelled back to 1992 and have built 1000 points of Man O’War Bretonnians. Have got some Pegasus riders I could swap in for the Buccaneers at some point too. #warhammercommunity

Finished Act 1 of Warhammer Quest: Darkwater last night and moved into Act 2. Act 1 was relatively easy, but the first encounter of Act 2 was our first failure as the difficulty escalated. Will be back next year to try again. #WarhammerCommunity #AdWip #WarhammerQuest

First Star Wars Legion outing for my newly built Separatist Alliance force, against some clones and wookies. Have both played before but a night of getting our heads back into the rules. In the end, a 3-2 win the the droids, plenty of food for thought and future purchases considered.
