Reporters, if you wrote about learning loss due to covid school closures, you can write about learning loss due to state terror.
I am not being snarky. I need my colleagues who wrote on covid school lockdowns to engage with this. To be as loud as they have been about prior "learning loss." Hell, you can cite Tom & Mark's AERJ paper so you feel better that there's some econ somewhere in your argument.

As you may have noticed, Trump isn’t exactly a fan of due process. Now this…
My God. On or about 1/20/26, Trump signed an Executive Order to bring back insane asylums. On 1/21/26, Katie Miller (wife of Stephen Miller) wrote that “They should be insane asylums, not shelters” in response to a Pirate Wires article criticizing a shelter for trans & gender confused people. 1/

Republicans in Congress are so afraid to stand up to Trump they are making up new articles of the Constitution.

The president doesn't have the power to create new taxes out of thin air.

Trump's chaos is costing working Americans, and it's long past time we put a stop to it.

If we want to understand the conditions that create agencies like ICE, and the people who staff them, we must understand the economic infrastructure that makes such work attractive.

I’m so proud of Minnesota. I understand why some people belittle protests as not enough, but I really think this shit matters.

I saw a clip on Fox News and they had to admit thousands of people showed up. It’s not going to stop Trump, but it’s a signal to your neighbors that they’re not alone.

This is an obvious attempt at replacing the UN with King Trump.

UN is flawed, but an Emperor is worse.
President Trump presents his idea of the Board of Peace as a quick way to stop conflicts. However, many governments and diplomats see a number of risks in this idea and therefore approach it with caution.

◾️Firstly, the limits of its mandate are unclear.
