Trump said Ukraine “has nothing unless I approve it”, it is pure arrogance. Ukraine is not a bargaining chip and Zelensky is not a subordinate waiting for permission.

People need to understand this invasion is not about Trump’s ego or dealmaking fantasies with Putin.

Fuck Trump.

Witkoff is compromised by the enemy , and has zero credibility.
The third paragraph reads as if the Russians wrote it. Maybe they did. In any event, it is an atrociously big lie; 1984-grade, as Aaron Rupar rightly says.
War is peace. Russia is fully committed to peace in Ukraine.

🇺🇸🇺🇦 Donald Trump may come to Ukraine to support a peace agreement to end the war, — Zelensky

Since #Belarus allowed its territory to be the staging ground for an international lawless attack, Belarus is technically at war with #Ukraine.

These antennas are legitimate military targets.
Zelensky says equipment used to guide Shahed drone strikes against Ukraine is being placed on rooftops of residential buildings in Belarus. Antennas near the border reportedly help direct attacks on western Ukraine, including rail and logistics targets linking Ukraine with Poland.

Well played.

#Ukraine asks for one thing as evidence of Russia’s desire for peace — a ceasefire.

But #Russia tricked #Trump into believing they want peace when they actually want war. So they can’t accept a ceasefire.

Diplomatic checkmate.
❗️Zelensky says he is ready to put a peace plan to a national referendum if Russia agrees to a 60 day ceasefire, according to Axios. He notes Trump's plan still demands painful territorial concessions in the east, and any deal without a strong position would require approval from the Ukrainian people

Ukraine strikes deep again. Operators of the 1st Separate Unmanned Systems Center hit a command post and base of Russia’s 14th GRU Brigade in occupied Donetsk region, along with depots and a repair site. A Nebo radar and Russian Black Sea Fleet fast assault boats in occupied Crimea were also hit.

Around 70 members of a so called “radical sect” were detained in Saint Petersburg. Russian media claim the group prayed for the health of Zelensky and the Armed Forces of Ukraine, openly discussing Ukrainian battlefield successes and calling Ukrainian soldiers forces of light.

Sane people. Still.

Why are you spending so much time on a fantasy?
Why are you not trying to end the war instead?
Russia has to be stopped by force. Everyone with insights know this.
Europe is set to finalise Ukraine security guarantees in January. France and the UK are leading efforts within the Coalition of the Willing to define post ceasefire support, including possible troop deployments. Emmanuel Macron says it is now up to Russia to respond.

Don't forget the Georgian freedom fighters, who never give up their protests.
The party 'Georgian Dream', backed by Russian money, stole the election last year. Now they are trying to force the Georgians into submission. But the will of freedom will always winn in the end!
🟥 Two political prisoners, known for carrying EU flags, have been on hunger strike in prison for over 40 and 50 days, protesting Georgia’s anti-European turn.

🟥 Meanwhile, #Tbilisi glitters with holiday lights under the slogan “A City Full of Kindness.”

The war can only be ended by beating Russia
Something too few understand:

The war is unlikely to end as long as Putin is alive and in the Kremlin.

However, this is a major opportunity to ensure Russia is no longer a threat for decades to come, but that will require much more aid to Ukraine from Europe

Putin pay attention 👇
36 years ago Romanian dictator Chaushesku was cured from tyranny using lead. One thing he has in common with Hussein who was hanged, Milosevic who died in prison, and Kaddafi who was executed, is they all thought they’ll never face responsibility. A lesson russians will learn soon.

If Russia were to launch an invasion of the EU, Europe would struggle for months before beginning to catch up
Russia may be failing in Ukraine, but Ukraine is a large country with substantial armed forces and potentially the best unmanned capabilities in the world.

Russia would still pose a major challenge to the rest of Europe, especially if the US chooses not to help

If you feel useless, remember that in four years of full-scale invasion, Russia has managed to capture 0/23 regional capitals and special-status cities that Ukraine controlled at the start of the invasion, and it now controls far less land than it did one month into the war
