Business rent is way too high on Mag (not Miracle) Mile so companies are just shuffling around. H&M moved two blocks down the road to save cash.

He's blaming "murder and crime" in one of the safest parts of the city because the real problem is "landlords." Almost like that's the whole gambit.

Felony vandalism charges and bail of $10k to $20k for an art installation aimed at TPUSA.

Anyone heard from Matt Taibbi or Bari Weiss on this one? They’re usually quick to address campus issues.

I heard from a bunch of federal employees last night and this morning. They aren't happy.

When the Conservative Party in Korea declared martial law, the Korean Democrats knew if they didn’t send them to hell there would be no opposition afterwards. And look at them. They’re taking the ex conservative president and ensuring he never breathes free ever again.

Please vote for someone else. We don't need more of this.

So Republicans stave kids and take their healthcare. While they also joyfully take blame for it. The public knew they were the ones doing it.

Moderates have accomplished nothing by caving
What actually happened is that Republicans held a gun to the head of Democrats and said, "Choose between starving kids and healthcare costs."

But why would journalists ever hold Republicans accountable for their hostage-taking tactics?

Moderate Democrats are the biggest liars and schmucks in politics. Just a collection of the absolute worst fucking losers in the country.
Great job, @schumer.senate.gov. You've changed the story from "GOP hurting millions of Americans to please unpopular, failing, delusional despot who's destroying his party" to "Dems are too weak and divided in the face of Trump's strength to take a stand and protect Americans"

if you genuinely think Schumer and Democratic leadership opposed this & Republicans coincidentally got exactly the number of votes they needed to avoid a filibuster and none of those votes are from Democratic Senators who are up for reelection in the midterms next year, I have a bridge to sell you.

Truly amazing that any time the democrats have to bite the bullet and do something that ruins countless lives, there's always *just* enough votes to get it done, but if there is a vote on something that would actually improve people's lives, they are always one vote short. Crazy how that happens.

Centrist Democrats

Moderate Democrats

They are nothing but Republicans and the sooner people of all backgrounds in Democratic politics realize, these guys, like Cuomo would side with Trump directly over you, a normal ass American voter.

If they do this every single one of them should immediately resign from the party. I don't give a shit if Schumer doesn't vote for it. He is the leader and if you cave now you can get fucked for re-election and we are taking your career should be the line he is drawing with these cunts.

one thing i find crazy-making is the idea that getting rid of the filibuster would make congress a purely majoritarian institution. bicameralism itself is counter-majoritarian! equal state representation is counter-majoritarian! the fact that senate elections are staggered is counter-majoritarian!
