No son, they are not "magically delicious." The workers made them delicious. This is a slogan meant to mystify the social conditions of labor

it's true that the lads don't know any cusses yet tho. idk why. they definitely do not watch any media with strong language in it but they've heard it in passing. but if they're surprised they say "oh my GOODNESS!!!" so i guess it went right over their heads

I loved seeing all the different local vendors and cultures represented, and I got to catch up with some of our East Portland neighbors (including 2025 Honorable East Portlander Elizabeth @spindlypete.bsky.social!).

Thank you to Prosper, the White Lotus Foundation, and IRCO for organizing the event. The Night Market was a great example of how we can activate vacant lots and create spaces for East Portland to come together – something we need to see happening more in the Gateway District and other parts of D1.

Agreed. I am 100% shocked every time that they are allowed to do what they do. They took up the entire parking lot of Fabric Depot but it’s still not enough?? It’s total bullshit and so fucking dangerous

aside from the land use issues i think we should kick all the car lots off 122nd because of their habit of shitting up traffic for actual humans every fucking morning shuffling cars between lots and parking giant vehicle transportation rigs right in the fucking lane

I have 1* more Bean Box 6 where I talk about the naming frustration of Vigna umbellata , aka Ricebean, and how SEO and AI are wrecking bean discussion on line.

the other children who either have no siblings or siblings with a larger age gap who don't compete for the exact same toys don't LIKE this, tho. they don't LIKE it when two grubby hobbits come racing towards them grinning and hollering WHATS WRONG WITH YOU and make off with their scooter etc

CA is reserving $165M for unproven Tesla trucks, while reserving $0 for proven overhead electrification of freight rail. Misplaced priorities!
"Nevertheless, the reservation of vouchers effectively limited access to funding for other manufacturers with production-ready electric trucks, as HVIP operates on a first-come, first-served basis and funding rounds are typically oversubscribed within days."

Always frustrating.

Meanwhile the U.S. opposition party is telling our President, who was Epstein's best friend, that his secret police should get better training so their public street murders look less messy.
