First house selling girl scout cookies and my daughter hid behind me when someone answered. But a couple houses later she had her sales face on, was writing down orders herself and couldn't wait to talk to more people.

Watching Cheaper by the Dozen and Steve Martin is trying to hire a sitter and I've got 2 questions.
1) How do you have 12 kids and the olders have basically no responsibilities?
2) Why are you telling babysitters you have 12 kids when one is 22 and out of the house and 2 others are in HS?

Maybe I just don't see as many kids/family movies these days but I feel like getting hit or kicked in the balls was a much bigger thing in the 80s and 90s.

The people being killed in the street or in custody make me so sad and angry, but it's agents busting into homes that makes me think maybe we should all have guns.

Many parents when expecting big snow might make a nice, warm, hearty meal for everyone to enjoy. Maybe a soup or stew that can be heated whenever someone is hungry.
I just let my kid have cereal and hot chocolate for dinner.
