The Renters Rights Act is revolutionary for tenants, giving them security and dignity (whilst ensuring landlords can still deal with unacceptable behaviour)
On 1 May 2026, we will abolish Section 21 ‘no-fault’ evictions when we switch on the new private rented sector tenancy system.

Survivors of sexual abuse and rape are waiting too long for justice. The previous govt let our justice system fall apart. Though we have seen improvements, there must be more support for survivors.

The govt must continue to work to shorten wait times and act for victims of these horrific crimes.
