i don’t think i’ve seen GOP congressional reps vote in numbers with democrats in about thirty years.
The House voted 426-0 against senators like Lindsey Graham getting a payout from taxpayers for being investigated. A huge, unanimous rebuke of Graham & Thune.
House unanimously rebukes Thune’s controversial subpoena measure
Every House Republican voted to overturn a provision that was seen as an unseemly payout to their Senate colleagues.

heres an example of politico covering the news while still covering for trump. the headline says trump is calling for a "trial" for dems. but what trump actually said is the dems should be offed. its very plain what he said. not saying so is a cover-up.

We had tons of evidence that stopping MAGA's obviously very extreme insanity on immigration could have been a winning issue for Dems if they'd gone on offense on it in 2024. But now there's hard electoral results, too. More strong datapoints negating the "Dems must move right to win" crowd.
This is pretty amazing. This guy just won a solid victory in Bucks County, PA, one of the most important swing counties in the country, by *explicitly and deliberately* making his race *all about* nationalizing ICE raids. Confirms the point about this now being a winning issue for Dems.
