This following thread is entirely correct.
Whether or not it should be a Herculean struggle to convict a law enforcement officer of even a negligent manslaughter, never mind a murder, it is nonetheless a Herculean struggle. And alas it cannot, in the end, take place in a Minnesota courtroom.
Here’s a comment for the people who are upset that MN hasn’t charged Jonathan Ross already:

If you just Leeeroy Jenkins this shit you will lose and you will empower fascism and murder.

It is indescribably hard to prosecute cops for murder. It is even hard when the murder is ON VIDEO.

This is why we need to rebuild union power.

Strong unions serve as a countervailing force to runaway corporate power and ensure workers share in the profits their labor creates.

Otherwise, the rich eat up a larger and larger share of the pie — like this:
Mike Konczal: Released this morning, the Bureau of Labor Statistics’ labor share of income for Q3 2025 is the lowest on record.

Larger context on the ICE shooting of Renee Nicole Good in Minnesota:

Fed. officers have fatally shot at least 3 other people in the last 5 months & wounded or threatened others. We describe a few of the recent incidents and patterns we've noticed here.

Hey, Jay Graber, why the hell is Bluesky blocking the video of Ice murdering a woman in Minneapolis, but allowing DHS to promote their lies unfettered? Don't be so gutless. Thousands have already seen it. You can't hide it.

“WAGMI” — we're all gonna make it — was crypto's 2021 rallying cry. But those with wealth and power knew it was a lie, and that “all” just meant them. My latest traces the last five years from hype to technoligarchy — and why they're not all gonna make it either.
The year of technoligarchy
In 2025, Trump brought tech executives into power to dismantle regulators and write their own rules. But the instabilities they’re creating may be their downfall.

An ICE officer fatally shooting a woman in Minneapolis is not the first time federal agents involved in immigration have shot a person this year. Here are two shootings, including another fatal one, during the recent Chicago blitz.

Who you gonna believe, ICE, or your own lyin' eyes?
ICE is accusing the woman who was shot to death by an ICE agent today in Minneapolis of "weaponizing her vehicle" and "attempting to run over our law enforcement officers in an attempt to kill them -- an act of domestic terrorism"

Just got finished with my second court date. The State of Illinois is continuing to prosecute me for seemingly not being docile, throwing my hands up and saying "I can't do anything" when ICE was operating a torture facility in my backyard in #Broadview. They know I didn't do anything wrong.
