She started cleaning herself which she hasn't been, so I put some of the food on her fur several times

Sounds like the squishes in the senate caucus are ready to pull the plug with no ACA changes. This is real. If you want to register your opinion you shld call yr senator in the next hour. They not only want to reopen w/nothing. They want cover from their colleagues who still want to hold out.

The saddest part is the vet thinks he is only 2 years old. If anyone has a home to either foster or adopt Midnight, please reach out. His finders cannot keep him for very long but he can’t go back to the street.

Because of his FeLV status, Midnight needs to either be the only cat in the home or live only with other FeLV+ cats. Because of his compromised immunity, he will need to be indoor only from now on. Cats like Midnight can still live amazing, healthy lives even with this disease.

Midnight’s finders were able to get him back into the vet & had his injured leg treated (an abscessed, infected cat bite from fighting other toms). He unfortunately is positive for both FIV & FeLV, a sad result of being left unfixed & living outside. He needs a special home to either foster/adopt—
