Just spent 40 bucks on a replacement fan for a PS4 I spent 30 on because they said it wouldn’t power on. That shit could barely spin with me actively turning it, no wonder it was struggling.

This was a super cool weekend project. Made a decently powered 1080p Bazzite rig using an old APU based on the PS5 architecture. Full price of parts/build was under $300 which is sick given today's PC prospects.

Basically, yeah, this is true. Same thing where if you pay a musician $10 on cashapp and then pirate their entire discography, you're still paying them more than Spotify would for the same amount of music.
Some streamer talked ages ago about giving 5$ directly to the stream would be more actual money then having every youtube video he's made just running on repeat all year would give him.
